Sam My only gripe here is my case has to do with estates and when I called they told me they dont practice in estates anymore but their website says they work in estates. If this is something you need help in, I would recommend still calling them because it may be that my case is a bit complicated by way of general estate issues. However, my 5 star review is because the lady on the phone said if I had any questions she would hear me out and see if she could answer any on them for me anyway, and she did. I just appreciate people like this so much. I will absolutely hire them if I ever need to.

Ma Dan The district attorney who did not file charges on the sheriff who recklessly left his gun in a Wendy’s is crooked and antithetical to a blind and just legal system. Showing every day their is a two-tiered legal system when in comes to protecting your own and the law as you apply it to citizens. You should be ashamed.

Nicole Myers Unfortunate that I have to share my experience, but I feel like others should be warned. I hired Attorney Ozburn to handle the settlement of an estate. I paid a retainer up front, and he then proceeded to reschedule calls last minute, eventually becoming unreachable entirely. What should have been a straight forward process to obtain letters of administration, turned into months of increasing unprofessionalism. I eventually had to hire a different attorney, who found out immediately that all the probate court needed was a birth certificate. I filed a complaint with the state bar, to which Attorney Ozburn responded saying he would refund my retainer entirely (presumably in order to maintain good standing with the bar). It has been over two months and I still have not heard from him. Very disappointing.
