We will continue to do business with Turtlemashers as long as they will have us. We receive so many compliments on our shirts and event table clothes. Enough said! Local business at its best!

1 /5 Tiler Page: Would leave 0/5 If I could.. first conservation with Don was great… thought everything was going to be good. Paid 125$ for one shirt and one hat to be custom made. They said it’d be ready by next Friday. Next Friday came.. nothing said they were still working on it. Okay fine whatever another 2 weeks goes by they said it’s ready and to come pick it up. Showed up that Wednesday around lunch, they done left/closed with no call. Finally a month goes by and I’m so sick of dealing with the attitude from his wife Carol, I just sent my wife up there. She goes and says it’s still not ready, that it is till needs to be pressed. SHOCKED my wife just said well okay give me the hat and the vinyl and we will do it ourselves. Carol made it clear if it wasn’t a HUGE order she don’t care. Take your business to serendity if you want a cheaper, faster turn over. I’ll never be back!!!!!

5 /5 Hannah Hall: All I can say is WOW! I was looking at big companies for DTF transfers for shirts I am making when I stumbled upon Turtlemashers who coincidentally is located 30 minutes from me! Their website is so easy to follow and the customer service was outstanding! Keisha had reached out to me directly about an issue with one of the colors in my project banding. She reprinted multiple times and let me know she was trying to get it fixed asap! I was in no rush but she rushed to get my order out ASAP but with the best quality. She went in on the weekend and tried it again and it worked with no banding!!! That’s amazing I wouldn’t get that kind of customer service from a big brand! I cannot wait to order again from TurtleMashers!!!

1 /5 Lenny Fisher: Placed an order on 1/16/25 needed 2 metal signs they took all the information and what we needed. A few weeks later took another small sign and at that time asked about the other 2 signs couldn’t give an update. So waited another 2 weeks and called no update but was told the owner would give me a call within a couple of days that didn’t happen. So another week I went back up there they then told me they were trying to find a third party to make my signs. 2 weeks later called trying to get an update as normal couldn’t get an update. I went back again and was told they had someone working on them so went back this week and I was told two different stories one it was supposed to be there by Wednesday of course that didn’t happen went back on Thursday they said they was hoping it would already be there it wasn’t. So I asked for my signs back they could only find the bigger one. My take on this if you don’t want to make signs no more than tell your customers. There focus now is on selling guns like we need more guns on the streets and they lost my small sign so I wanted to use local but I won’t ever go back
