5 /5 Mindy Hair: Nikki was so helpful fitting me to a proper bra and showing me the new athletic and sleepwear lines. She was so knowledgeable and personal and listened to what I liked and didn’t like about everything she showed me. Ty was so awesome at checkout I really appreciate them for a wonderful experience!!!!!

4 /5 Kat Burke: Everyone is so super nice and really helpful! If it can be done they will find a way to do it for you. They helped make an online return really easy. They have great plus sized clothing that you actually want to wear. The only cons is Torrid is kinda pricey and their rewards cash you pretty much have to spend $100 to use $25 ( spend $50 to earn $25 then spend $50 to redeem $25)

5 /5 Reyna Ortega: I love this store. Every time I have a pickup order or just come in to browse and shop every employee is nice and friendly. I am greeted and told of all current sales, and any questions I may have are answered. The store is clean and well organized. I will continue to shop here!
