T.J. Maxx - Winder (GA)

5 /5 Christy Smith: As you can tell from the picture this store has everything from seasonal decor to makeup wipes and everything in between. There is always something new coming and great things to find. I love all the cute and unique decor, the wide selection of clothing, the shoe styles, and all things selfcare and makeup. If there was ever a store for everything a woman needs this TJMAXX store has it!!! Its a must stop and shop store.

3 /5 Linda Reed: My intention was to buy a bracelet. There was one woman in the jewelry section on a very busy day. She did not have getting customers served quickly in mind at all. It took me forty minutes with one person ahead of me to get a bracelet. I had not shopped in that store prior to that visit, and I will not go back, because it was annoying how slow and unintentional the employee was.

1 /5 Stephanie Gomez: I found this cute pair of sweat pants and separate jacket and assumed that they may go together but they had two different price tags on them. So I took them up front to ask the “manager” if these two things go together because on one of the tags it said 2pk. (because tj max is know for putting random tags on things if found separately) and the manager said no they don’t but “I can see if we can find the hoodie for you but if we can’t then we won’t be able to sell it to you” I tried to ask why and she didn’t answer me. (Once again cute sweats) Anyways she was very rude and asked someone to “look”. There were also three other ladies standing there doing nothing but placing drink orders over a radio, while this person was looking. I can assure she probably didn’t look because the store was so disorganized and messy. After she got the no from the person searching. She said “yeah we can’t sell this to you and took away the pants.” It’s just frustrating because there was no true help or explanation. There was no line and it was not busy at all. Super disappointed in this place and their leadership or lack there of.

1 /5 Tiffany Shirey: I got a tjx rewards platinum mastercard that was supposed to have 0 fees. I made a payment a couple days late because my grandmother died in a horrific car accident. I called and payed the total amount due as soon as I realized. I did not use the card again but was charged interest and a late fee after my final payment. This is wrong. The card is closed but my view of T.J. Maxx will never be repaired. I will not shop at a store that takes advantage of their customers. I have multiple store cards and have never experienced anything like this. I was not sent a statement for 2 months so I had no idea I owed them anything. I called today to pay the final balance once again and they said I will have to call again on November 11th to see if there are additional fees or interest on a CLOSED card that has only made 1 purchase since I opened it! Its not worth what little you save to deal with their nonsense.

1 /5 Jenna: As a single mom who went into t.j maxx today to treat myself, relax and get some stuff for myself, I was expecting the usual fun experience. This location I will not be returning to after the large security lady dressed in all black and an ear piece was obviously following me and watching me. It was incredibly uncomfortable and I ended up leaving the store without purchasing anything. You all need to retrain her so she isn’t so obviously watching people… Very strange experience and I will be driving to the loganville location now. Not worth having employees breathing down your neck when you are just taking your time to shop and enjoy time to yourself for once. If you’re going to imply loyal customers are stealing, it won’t make them want to return. A manager is welcome to respond with their number so I can give them a call and let them know which of their employees was following me :)
