1 /5 Nicoleon Jordan: I have had an awful experience with this company. I was sold a refrigerator that has never worked and was also damaged at delivery. They refused to take it back when I said at delivery I didn’t want it.
Then stated it was covered by a 6 month warranty and he’d get me the drawers. Seemed as if he was going to honor it and ordered the part but then never responded to my inquiries of
When the repair would be completed or when the drawers would arrive. 1 month later I still have a refrigerator that doesn’t work and he won’t respond. Avoid doing business here! I wanted to give him the benefit of doubt so bad! I wanted him to honor his word which is why I held off on review. But now it’s time I take action.
I never filed a claim with an insurance company, there is no insurance. He offered a 6 month warranty and has not honored it! I called the finance company on the day of delivery due to a very bad experience! They have also beee. Trying to contact him as he also promised them he’d complete the repairs and he has not! He is obviously a big liar. There is no documentation to support his response. I have all correspondence and will happily supply them. He is deflecting when he can just do the right thing! Stop ignoring me and Acima! We have reached our to you over & over!!!!
