1 /5 Mrs. Kelly Tomlinson: Poor customer service. Slow embroidery service. Rude management & phone etiquette. No follow up contact when items ordered & paid for are not available or are discontinued. Keep your receipt if you pay any out of pocket because they only want to offer you an in store credit even when they can’t provide the item or service rendered. Last thing I want is an in-store credit to a place I never want to return back to.
Update.
Went to pick up my order and the employee tried to convince me that she called me to tell me that the one item was discounted. I agreed with her because I’m non-confrontational. But it’s just not true. I called them to check on my order & was told at that time. Then the employee charged my card in error instead of refunding me for the discounted item that I didn’t receive. After fixing that and finally completing my refund correctly. I was confronted my the same employee and was told that the manager specifically wanted them to tell me why it took my order so long 1. Is because they order their items from Canada to it takes two weeks for those to come in. 2.Then they go to some guys house where the embroidery is done, Blah blah blah. I explained that I was already provided that information over the phone and I wasn’t sure why I was being confronted in the store about it again and I told them to have a good day as I left the store. I ordered on 5/5/23 & picked it up on 6/12/23. If this was a last ditch effort for redemption, it was an epic failure. I have never been rude or mean with any of my intentions with this place. I’m actually overly nice & polite, so to be treated this way sucks hence my review. I’m glad this experience is over!!!
