1 /5 Angela Dennard: This Monday was my 3rd week in a row calling for assistance. I called on last week kept getting a recording. I finally left a message. I called back later that day just to see if someone would answer. I spoke with someone, and I informed her that I had I called and left a message. Since she hadnt checked the messages I asked her could she put me on the list for next week which is today 7/08. She said that she would call me, no call from her this morning so i called her when I spoke with her she said that she told me she will call me on 7/22 if she had a cancelation which is a lie.
I been calling 3 weeks straight its always something different with her. Months ago I called and it was a similar situation with someone different. Its sad to say but I wonder if they are discriminating based on my voice. I dont mind helping anyone because it can very well be you the next time but I will not put nothing in their buckets again because I am sure I am not the only 1 this has happened to.
