5 /5 Lisa Byrum: The customer service that I just received from Southern Exchange Company has to be one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. I live out of state and needed GSU gear quick. Since they had a great selection, I gave them a call and was told it shouldnt be a problem. I then went to their website, placed my order, and called back to let them know if any problem came up with the order to please call me asap. The lady that was helping me (I believe her name was Anna) told me that if I held just a second, she would go ahead and double-check. She came back and reassured me that everything was good to go and that she would go ahead right then and pull the order so that it would be ready when UPS got there in an hour. My package arrived extremely fast. I had opted to ship through UPS due to my time constraints, but even then the shipping cost was way cheaper than Ive paid at other retailers. I will definitely be shopping with this company again.
