1 /5 Kristie Patmon: Associate had an attitude b/c the sale signs was misleading ..I asked her about the sign and she was very rude about it..will never shop there again..get your signs correct

4 /5 Janet Schmidt: Love their sales! Fun music, great lighting, lots of clearance items. Clothing and accessories to match! Employees were friendly and not overbearing. One of my fave stores! I hate that they always ask for my email.

3 /5 Jennifer Mauney: I love Rue 21, they have cute affordable clothes, but at this location I dont like how lethargic their employees act. Never a smile, greeting, any any expression really. These girls just stand around and literally seem to move in slow motion. Standing at the register waiting for my items to get scanned and bagged is hands down one of the most frustrating things Ive ever dealt with.

1 /5 Dakota Cepuran: The store had no business hours listed anywhere, I was inside shopping and the employees just locked the doors while I was still inside. None of them said anything about the store fixing to close or that they were now closed, when they saw me still shopping. I asked to get a fitting room to try my items on so I could check out and they wouldn’t even let me do that. I asked if I could put the items on hold and come back in tomorrow when they opened and they refused. Customer service was absolutely terrible.
