5 /5 S Salas: I’m glad i drove out to this location. It was a little over an hour drive for me but it was completely worth it. This store was fully stocked and well kept. The staff were very friendly, and the store was easy and comfortable to shop in. I found the perfect bedding for the fall season. I had an exceptional experience at this Ross.

1 /5 Eva Villarreal: The manager and cashiers are very rude, they are ALWAYS in a bad mood, they charge merchandise twice and it is a waste of time to return to complain and endure their bad mood and the cashiers are super slow when charging using the cell phone, terrible.

1 /5 Shelby Sage: Witnesses some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I have no idea how the employee thought her behavior was acceptable and has no business working in retail if she can’t control her emotions. Today I witnessed a young girl trying on dresses with her possible mother and grandmother. The store had 2 fitting rooms open at the front of the store and apparently couldn’t open the ones in the back. The mother went to find another dress or size while the girl stood in the doorway of the fitting room holding the top of her dress up and the back unzipped waiting for her. An employee thought it was appropriate to made rude comments harass the girl in front of her grandmother tell her others are waiting and she’s holding up the line and she is only allowed 5 items. The family said they were swapping 5 out at a time and apologized multiple times. The employee was unable to control her frustration and proceeded to push herself into the fitting room of a child half dressed with her dress zip undone to snatch the items she had in the fitting room aggressively and threw them on the go back rack. The mother returned obviously upset about the employee’s rude behavior and told her daughter they were leaving and not buying anything. All while two other employees just stood by the check out smiling. I also refused to purchase anything and left. I won’t be coming back. That employee needs to find a job where they don’t have to work with the public if she gets so nasty for having to put clothes back.
