5 /5 Nightglo Adventure: I love Ross. On my last trip, I bought a Bluetooth stereo speaker for $20. Its a waterproof monster that can go anywhere with us. Their selection of items and clothing is always changing, but expect to save tons compared to mall prices. My two favorite button-up shirts came from Ross. ❤️

1 /5 Julia Enrriquez: I went shopping for a gift for a girl in my youth group as she just graduated, this was May 30th 2025. As I was entering the building a young lady (someone who works at Ross) was grabbing carts and literally shoving them with all of her might into the cart holding section. It was so loud and abrupt it actually spooked me as I was just walking in. I watched her do this three times loudly and with a lot of force. I was not the only one watching her do this. I watched her grab a bunch of hangers out of a cart and some flung to the ground because she grabbed them so aggressively. A boy was near her holding flowers and I thought maybe she was frustrated with him? She was talking loudly almost like she was yelling. She put the hangers at the checkout counter then walked to the door and before she walked out she turned around and threw her hands up in the air and looked around the whole building. I have never in my life been more shocked by what I had observed her do in public. I thought then that she certainly must be fed up with this place and was quitting. I continued my shopping and later at checkout I was checked out by the girl I had just seen throwing a fit when I first walked in!!! She was very polite and didnt seem to be frustrated then. For the life of me I cannot understand why she was allowed to continue to work after she had gotten the whole stores attention with her meltdown. I never write reviews but I feel as if the owner of this store or a manager needs to do something about this girls behavior. It was honestly very unsettling. This happened at approximately 2:15 on May 30th. I have the girls name but I do not want to post it online. Lets say its unique and she was young with red hair. I hope something is done about this because that was not a normal experience by any means.

1 /5 Luz Estrella Aragon: Last night I went to shop for some gifts and I was looking through the toys as I’m walking away I hear JOY saying I messed up her section that she had fixed I apologize immediately and she demanded for me to fix it I refused because I’m a customer not an employee she then called for her other employee Pamela but not for help but to talk about me I then came back to ask them to stop talking about me then they both lied to my face after I clearly heard them. They both were extremely rude and they need to learn how to treat and talk to paying customers! Very unprofessional for someone who’s a manager JOY!
