1 /5 LE ML: Addition: I finally heard from Lisa Spears at customer service. She resolved the problem. I went to the local store today and picked up my refund in cash. The store was cleaned up and the girl who initially "helped" me was very nice and professional. So, to you guys that have problems with Rack Room, Lisa Spears is who you speak to and your store can provide her phone or email. Shes busy so give her a week or so to call back. She has 500 stores to service.
Poor maintenance, shoes and boxes all over the floor, blocking exits from the aisles. Poor management. They owe me $64 and wont refund to my bank. Gave me a credit which I used, but the socks ($64 worth) are not for grown women. They will fit teen legs and smaller feet. I bought them, thinking of Christmas presents, but when I got home, I measured one up against another sock i had and they failed miserably. Went to exchange for shoes and the girl Shauna, was rude and lied. Said we told her they were tried on... she misunderstood and refused to take the missized socks back. Again $64 worth of useless socks. No refund. No credit. Nothing from this disgusting store. Accused us of having a fungus, because she said other people have them. Were not living in a tent in the woods, Shauna. How insulting can this company get. VERY MUCH MORE. Shauna has little feet, the socks would fit her. A size 8 shoe? Never would fit and they call the socks "womens" They need to relabel "TEENS". Called the main office in NC and was interrogated by the phone operator. She promised Lisa Spears would call back and she never did. This was my 2nd call to her. My daughter called and never got a call back either. Shes in charge of customer service? I doubt it. DO NOT TRUST THE CALHOUN BELWOOD STORE. Its a rip off. Spencer is useless as a manager. Hes inconsistent and has no authority there. He needs to stay in the backroom, like someone we all know stayed in his basement. I am getting in touch with all the agencies I can find for this deliberate theft of my money, including the Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Division, Georgia Dept of Laws Consumer Protection, and the list is extensive. I dont mind spending a few hours to get my refund, NOT a credit because I will never go there again. Online is no better according to the reviews.
