The store is clean, organized, and easy to browse, with clothes sorted by size and style, which makes shopping simple. I like that they carry popular teen and young adult brands at much lower prices than buying new. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially when selling items to the store, but it can get a little busy during weekends. Some items move quickly, so it’s best to visit often if you’re looking for specific brands. Overall, it’s a fun, affordable place to refresh your wardrobe or score some great deals.

5 /5 Sabrina McCants: I came here once years ago & promised myself I wouldn’t come back because of how terrible the customer service was. My GPS routed me to this location today & I almost didn’t go in, remembering my past experience. But I’m glad I did. Jonathon (I may be spelling it wrong) and staff were a breath of fresh air. They greeted everyone who opened their door genuinely & immediately & were friendly to myself and a few other customers I saw coming and going. They did not accept all my clothes (which was explained why w/friendly customer service still) & I was ok with that! I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to this time because of how nice they were! Thank you for changing my mind and my experience!

3 /5 christen owensby: Anyone that knows me knows I shop at Plato’s regularly; however, I bought a bag there yesterday and decided to bring it back today. I had changed my mind on the item & was told they don’t do returns on bags. Which is completely fine; however, I wasn’t informed of that prior. That would have saved me from wasting my money.

1 /5 Charlotte Reiland: Worst customer service, worst organized, worst selection... cashier was so rude, never said a word to me, never said thank you... nothing. I thought they were more selective about clothes, but they were ripped and torn, stain and extremely used!
