5 /5 lexi l: The staff is superior sweet. They have an amazing collection of clothes. Prices are reasonable. They do only go up to a size large in most of their clothes and I’m a size 10 and was barely able to fit certain styles. Not the stores fault I can’t fit into some of their stuff, I do wish they’d order some more XL styles for us curvier ladies! overall, great experience! I’ll definantly go again!

(I was patient and I waited but they didnt bother to look at me or ask if I needed help) The store had a lot of cute things but I decided to leave everything and shop at another store.

Molly Harris: I have been shopping here for 3 years. Ive always loved it there, but today was different. @3:50pm on Saturday, I came in and was greeted. I said hello, no problem there, but i couldnt find an oil that i got last time there. The girl acted like she didnt know what i was talking about, so i explained it to her. I know products change often, but the way she was acting was like i didnt know what i was talking about. Then proceeded to say the only body oil we have is right there after the third time explaining it to her. It was the oil i wanted, but too big, i asked her if it was all you had and she acted like i was inconveniencing her. Thats poor service. Im in retail so i know what uts like,so i was being nice, she should have given me the kindness. Her vibe was way off, it made me uncomfortable and so I left after buying the big bottle. Normally i stick around to see whats new, but her negative vibe filled the room.

Jaquanda Cummings: So I just did return at your Lexington Rd location. I had my original receipt and was within the return timeframe. An older lady asked if this was an even exchange or a refund. I replied refund. Once that was said, her whole demeanor changed. She riffled through the bag looking at the merchandise. I told her none of them had been worn. She scrutinized each item, checked all the tags, even the bottom of the shoes. Another lady came up, she didn’t have the same attitude and went along with starting the refund process. Meanwhile, the older lady is huffing under her breath and making noises as if I’ve done something wrong with returning unwanted and unused items. The way she carried ob, made me feel as though the money was coming directly from her pockets. It didn’t not make me feel good as a paying customer. I’ve done returns at other stores and have never gotten that kind of negativity. I’ve been shopping at your stores for years and this has been the general consensus across the board. It makes me not want to go back in there anymore in fear that I may need to return something and get the same treatment. Customer service goes a long way as it will make or break someone experience.
