1 /5 Roberta M: I visited this location today 8/20/2025, and I was very disappointed. Prices are much higher than expected for example, kids pants that sell for about $3 at Walmart were marked at $9.59 here. I also asked the cashier about a toy, and she told me it was 50¢, but when I checked my receipt at home, I saw I was charged $7.57. In addition, I purchased only kids’ clothes and one ladies’ shirt, but my receipt shows multiple ladies’ items. I had 13 items total, yet I was charged for 14. Please be sure to double-check prices and your receipt before leaving, as the cashier overcharged me. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location, nor would I recommend it to others.

1 /5 Shaneka Garner: I am really upset about this store. I went in yesterday with my blue coupon which stated 50% off. I had obtained the coupon a week prior and the coupon specifically says uses within 7 days. The young ladies at the front would not honor my coupon. They laughed and made every excuse not to honor it. I told the girl I felt like they were trying to get over on me because what is the point of having a blue coupon and the date is accurate and you not honor it. I also showed them the text message that said “50% off” with the blue coupon. They still made every excuse not to honor my 50% off. I tools the girl she knew I was right that’s why she kept smiling. I asked for a manager and no one was present. The young lady did give me 25% off but that’s not the point. Honor what I have and what is shown to you. The coupon stated use within 7 days and that’s what I was doing. It really frustrated especially because I went in there to purchase items for son to wear to his grandfathers funeral. Stop giving out coupons if you’re not gonna honor what it says! I spend too much money in this store and have donated so much to this store and it’s not right or fair!

1 /5 Yulietis Manresa: I do not recommend it, all the items put it on the color that this day has no discount, in this case it was the blue one, when clearly the things that I take have a pink label to buy there with the price they are putting It’s better to continue buying in the original stores directly and new.

1 /5 Greg Brigham: Terrible 20 people in line and manager hires two cashiers. Way understaffed they need to install self checkout machines like value village if they dont want to hire people.

1 /5 Keiaundra Easley: Definitely will not be back. The prices they are charging is absolutely insane. They are most definitely overcharging, and lining their pockets or something with the extra. They charged me 14 dollars for a pair of pants, I literally got a pair of pants, two shirts, and it came up to almost 30 dollars. I’ve been to the other locations so I know it doesn’t cost that much. But now that I know how they conduct business, I definitely won’t be back. If you go I’d definitely incur about the pricing before even making it to the counter. This was my first time going to the Lilburn location, and it will definitely be my last. Not to mention, the customer service is horrible as well. It’s the fact that they were talking shit in Spanish, assuming that I didn’t understand, and I understood exactly what they were saying. I just try to pick, and choose my battles these days. Realizing these were a bunch of young, disrespectful, and immature girls running the register.
