1 /5 Caitlin Shelnutt: This review is for the Elevel Eleven Linx part of this store. I booked an appointment about a week out. Got a confirmation email. Even got a reminder the day before. Day of the appointment came, mid week. Got a text 40 minutes before the appointment, after I had already left my house, saying there was only one maybe two options because they sold out over the weekend. I get to the store. Apparently the owner is the one who does the jewelry. She never showed and communicated to the employee there that she had no other jewelry options. So dont plan an appointment for the forever jewelry here. Waste of time, and the fact that they told me right before the appointment they were out of jewelry instead of the day before. I will definitely not go back to pay them for jewelry, Ill find somewhere else more reliable.
