1 /5 Skyllar Rae: If I could leave a negative 1000 stars I would. Ive never had an issue doing a account look up at any store before until this one. Lost a lot of business from me. I do a ton of shopping at old navy.

5 /5 Derita Hall: Went in Old Navy to get gift cards for my nieces. The young lady at the register was very nice and told me that I didnt have to get in line to get them that I cold just stand there until she finished that person and she would get them for me. I appreciated the great customer service. I failed to get her name but I wanted to say thank you and MerryChristmas!

3 /5 Sabrina P: The old navy in our mall is okay. Its not terrible, but it could be better. Bathrooms are usually gross, store is dirty and clothes are always in disarray. Cashiers are friendly. Service is great.

4 /5 Christine Ingram: I love coming here because they have the cutest things. Only think I have against old navy in general is that some times the clothes dont really compliment my body type. Still a great place to shop.
