1 /5 Emily Howard: I went in to do an even exchange on a pair of pants I ordered online. I waited in line got to the register and the man said they couldn’t swap it out like that, I’d need to return and repurchase. I said okay and he said “well do you want a store credit” and I said only if the new size is in stock. He flat out said I’m not sure you’d have to go see. Then called a manager over to ask about stock. I said it’s better to put on my card. At this point he has done nothing to assist me. A blonde lady then walked over towards to counter who was not doing a damn thing and offered no help to find me the right size. At this point I’m waiting for a manager to help me find the exact one. He hands it to me and I have to go wait back in line. At this point two registers are open and plenty of other people are working throughout the store but none offer to check me out even though these customers have been being helped for over 10 minutes at this point. I have a son who requires a lot of additional needs and we just couldn’t wait it out while people did nothing. So I left.
