5 /5 Naveen Jetti: Old Navy at Oglethorpe Mall is one of my favorite spots to shop whenever I’m in Savannah. I had a great experience here during my last visit when I bought a pair of jeans that quickly became my go-to — the fit was perfect, super comfortable, and stylish. So today, I came back and picked up another pair! Their jeans collection is truly one of the best — great quality, modern cuts, and budget-friendly prices. What I really appreciate about this location is the friendly and welcoming staff. They’re young, energetic, and always happy to help. I had some great conversations while shopping, which made the experience even better. Whether youre just browsing or need help finding something, they go out of their way to assist you without making you feel rushed. The store is also very clean and well-organized, which makes finding sizes and styles easy. Everything is laid out nicely and the overall atmosphere is bright and upbeat. It’s hard to walk in and not buy something — especially with the great deals they usually have. Highly recommend stopping by if youre at Oglethorpe Mall. Whether it’s jeans, basics, or seasonal wear, Old Navy never disappoints!

2 /5 Vanessa Mallard: I visited this store about 15 minutes after opening on a Sunday morning. Its usually really crowded, but Im thinking it was a small amount of shoppers because it was a bit earlier. I wasnt greeted by anyone. I looked around for about 10 - 15 minutes, witnessed a few associates look my way, but not ONE of them said a word or offered assistance. The store was a WHOLE mess. This is the reason store fronts nearly everywhere are closing. If Im not going to get any kind of customer service, then I may as well shop online.

3 /5 Marshall Serwe: This store looked absolutely horrible almost beyond repair, the prices were great, but the store was critically understaffed and desperately needed recovery. There was also shipment racks and boxes all over the salesfloor and almost blocking off the bathrooms.

4 /5 Ashley Ruth: Really great selection of boys t-shirts! We have bee looking for Dragonball-Z shirts for a while and stumbled upon a ton of new ones there Thanksgiving week!

5 /5 Nafisa Price: I like to visit stores during the week when they 1st open to avoid the crowds. The Old Navy staff was very courteous I was greeted on spot, which is something that is rare these days. The cashier was very fast, professional, kind & warm .
