1 /5 Fer L: I went to visit this store around 12 noon and my daughter had to use the restroom. I was so disgusted when I walked in. This bathroom was so nasty. I was in shock. I did not under any circumstances want her to use it but unfortunately she had to. All these employees they have walking around and no one could make sure their restrooms are clean…. Regardless of my experience within the store it self the bathroom alone would get a 0. This is unacceptable

1 /5 Tiana Morris: Poorest customer service I’ve seen in my life. I went in with clothes my mom got my son that was the wrong size . I got all new clothes in the right size. Explained it completely to the cashier . She completely refunded the money back to my mom’s card leaving it to her to travel back into the store to complete the purchase. My mom is handicap and my son is autistic. Having to wait in the store while my mom came was absolutely ridiculous when I asked for an exchange not a return. I gave simple directions .

4 /5 Zekeyahi Scott: I was in dire need of new jeans, specifically for an event I attended. After searching multiple stores - I was looking for a particular style - I decided to check out this location and found EXACTLY what I was looking for. Multiple sales associates walked around me for 10 mins before I was greeted by two friendly faces. I thought this a bit strange being there were a plethora of sale associates and/or stockers on the sales floor but maybe they were super focused - I am an optimists. The location is VERY organized! I was impressed and this made my shopping experience easier. I took one star due to customer service. Overall, great selection!
