5 /5 Bunny Aug: Super small goth shop but they have a fantastic selection of clothing, shoes and jewelry!

2 /5 Valentine Aerros: Me and two friends, and traveled well over an hour to visit the store after finding it on instagram.. instagram makes it look way more vast and honestly the prices were kinda crazy in my opinion for an “affordable” goth store. I could look past that but the plus size section needs some *serious* work before I spend any money there. Smaller people will likely enjoy the store a lot more than anyone XL & up.. The person working at the cash register had no energy, barely ever looked up from their phone except for when we were leaving, never spoke to us even when we said hi.. customer service needs *serious* improvement as well. Myself a trad goth, one friend a mall goth, and the other being a romantic goth all agreed — While their instagram made it seem like a goth paradise, the actual store felt less goth and more generalized alternative and even a bit theatric / campy.. We ended up going to a goth shop in our hometown instead.. Hopefully their events are better than this.

2 /5 Amanda Ambrose: Person behind counter didnt acknowledge customers at all in any way. Too busy with something on their phone. I actually had to greet her once I entered because I dont think she even realized I was in there. Overall, it was okay. Instgram makes it seem like it has endless amount of clothes, trinkets etc. Once I checked out she was friendly but I think the customer service is lacking.

5 /5 Gwen F: It was super cool in here! They have a pay-to-play arcade in addition to some wicked clothes. No clue how authentically goth it is, but if you’re into spooky things it’s a good time.
