3 /5 Sourpuss: Cordel Ga lady told me had a free 2 gb line for life asked if needed to be activated she said no asked if had to pay monthly bill on it said she said no this was on October 18 2025 cause Jacksonville on Normandy didnt do my transfer of one phone to another right the girl didnt now what she was doing she had to call someone to help her and still didnt do the transfer right had to pay once again 6 days later and pay out 46.88 6 days before had to pay out $21 & some change to transfer from one phone to the other.

5 /5 Clara Armstrong: I had an excellent experience. Ashanti and Cantrell worked really hard to help me transfer my number and from Metro, may I add. They were very kind and helpful. I hope and pray something good is in store for them at Metro by T-Mobile.

I must also say they know the T-Mobile business.A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE! ALL of my interactions have been extremely excellent service! God bless you ladies!
