1 /5 Metal and Cotton !: I was in the store in Augusta on Gordon Highway earlier today. I purchased $150 worth of merchandise. I asked the associate who keyed my sale to place a Tupac shirt on hold for me while I went next door to the shoe store. I was waiting for someone to respond to me on a size. I wanted to purchase the shirt as a gift. She said no problem. She did not tell me I had only 2 hours to respond. I left the plaza and totally forgot about the shirt. I called back about 1.5 hours later to ask them to place it on hold so I could return the very next morning to purchase the shirt. Myesha answered the phone and said that they put all merchandise back past 2 hours. First, it hadn’t been 2 hours. Second, Myesha had the nastiest attitude. So I called 4 other Madrags who all said that they held merchandise for customers for 24 hours. So I called back to the Augusta store and asked for the Store Manager and corporates number. She refused to give me the Store Managers name and corporates number. She did give me her schedule stating that I could call her tomorrow at 1pm. What really got to me is she said “you can call back tomorrow and speak with her if you don’t believe” and then she hung up in my face. Just plain rude with no care in the world for customer service.
