5 /5 Maddie Hunter: Oh my gosh this is the best Loft location I have been to. The customer service is impeccable. Rachel was so helpful and sweet and cheerful. The team absolutely made my day. I usually do not leave reviews, but having that great of an experience and wonderful customer service deserves any recognition I can give!

5 /5 Phillip Ellington: Excellent customer service. I had an online mail order, that I needed to return and get a refund. The moment I walked into the Loft. I was greeted by an associate. And I explained why I was there and this associate informed me that itll be okay and within 5 minutes I was out of the store along with my refund receipt.

5 /5 Kimberly Smith: I went into the loft to find a pair of shoes and bought 170 something dollars worth of clothes. The ladies working there are so phenomenal. I would shop at the store all the time just because of the customer service. Wonderful, Awesome, Amazing women. And the clothes are Super Cute.

4 /5 Erica M: I occasionally walk through the store looking for bargains I found some casual pants that were on a great sale. They were regularly $69, but with the sale I paid $20 for each pair. The sales staff are very helpful. Well worth the time going there.
