4 /5 Timothy Underwood: My young daughter ordered me a special hat and asks for it to be monogrammed. When my wife and daughter showed up to pick it up, it wasn’t right. She asked to have it redone. When I showed up to pick up the order it was monogrammed wrong and it was upside down!! Seriously, it was upside down. They said they would fix it. They gave her the hat without the monogram and the hat is all messed up.
It’s frayed, damaged by their own mistakes, no apology, no refund, and here’s a damaged hat for your dad’s Christmas.
Update, The manage of Lids reached out to my wife and daughter, they monogrammed a new hat, it was perfectly done and my daughter was able give me an early Christmas present, being that it has already gotten cold, and I now have a great monogrammed hot from Lids.
