1 /5 Jackie Kibler: The Kohls in Athens Georgia has some of the rudest people working for them. I just went to return a product and you would have thought I would have been asking for a miracle when all I was doing was returning the purse they were very rude made me wait before even taking me in line. Even though 4 cash registers had its lights on 3 were working then one steps away and fixes carts and stuff as Im standing there then finally goes back and says next person. They is just not pleasant at all. After return I asked about my kohls cash that has expired and I tried to explain that my family 3 members had has the flu and I did not want to come in and shop. They said I could have worn a mask or shopped on line( which I did forget about) ..my point is it never hurts to ask but you dont have to be so rude in helping someone out..its not an inconvenience its your job.

1 /5 Sharon Settle: 1 STAR FOR KHOLS ON LINE : 1 Star for Khols: On 12-30-25 I called Khols On Line to place an order. This was 2.6hrs of wasted time, exasperating experience. The first attempt I completed providing my bank card on their secure site anf my Khols Cash reward then sent back to customer associate who informed me the 3 digit code was not correct the numbers were wrong. TOTALLY FALSE. CALLED back a second tome went thru this again and provided my Khols Cash reward. Again the associate stated "the three digit code on the back of the card is incorrect". IT IS NOT. Asked to speak to a supervisor and associate said"they cant do anything" I demanded and held on waiting 26 minutes. Called back and demanded to speak to a supervisor. Finally got a supervisor who did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND REFUSED TO EXTEND MY KHOLS CASH REWARD THAT EXPIRES 12-31-25. I WASTED ALMOST 2.7 HOURS, HAVE NO PRODUCT AND LOST MY KHOLS CASH REWARD FROM A PREVIOUS PURCHASE. DONT EXPECT ON LINE ASSOCIATES OR SUPERVISOR TO DO ANYTHING TO ASSIST. NOTE: PRIOR TO CALLING KHOLS I PURCHSED A $395 VACUUM CLEANER FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY WITH NO PROBLEM. This experience ended my brief customer relationship. I will continue shopping with merchants who CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, HAVE GOOD SECURITY LINE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS, RESPECTS THE CUSTOMER AND MAKES SURE THE CUSTOMERS REWARDS ARE FOR THEM. 5 /5 Tonya Hayes: Nice selections and savings had regularly. With the store card now a credit card, I can earn Kohls cash regularly as well.
