5 /5 Jaiden Anderson: I recently stopped by J.Jill and had the absolute pleasure of working with Chantel. She was truly amazing. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me find pieces that worked for me—not just selling clothes. Chantel took the time to understand my style and needs, brought me thoughtful options I wouldn’t have picked on my own, and styled several complete looks that I ended up purchasing. Her eye for fit, color, and versatility is outstanding. I left feeling confident, excited about my purchases, and very well taken care of. Customer service like this is rare. Chantel is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly personable. She turned a simple shopping trip into a great experience, and I will absolutely be back because of her. If you shop at J.Jill, ask for Chantel—you won’t be disappointed.

1 /5 Graciela Blanno: I came into J. Jill earlier this afternoon to do some Christmas shopping for elder family members . I was greeted by a woman with a silver, short, bob. As I proceeded to look for tunics , she followed me around . When I turned around , she said “ I’m going to need you to hold your drink up front.” I thought she was joking as I am 35 years old and it was a coffee . Mind you, I’ve never spilt a drink since I was about 3 years old . I said “ Are you kidding?” She says “ oh, I’m very serious .” She was inconsiderate , rude , demeaning and a few words I wont say on this review. As a business owner myself , I was reminded today of the importance of kindness and what terrible customer service looks like. Don’t judge a book by its cover , a huge sale was lost today at her expense and I’ll be letting everyone I know about this experience . I truly hope I wasn’t treated differently because of the way I look ( Sicilian) . Do not shop here . Take your money to Talbots where they are respectful and friendly and do not ask grown women to hold their coffees at the counter . You all are not Louis Vuitton.

5 /5 Stacey Ruth, CPC: The staff here make me feel welcome and attended to without being pressured. The clothes relaxed, casually elegant fit makes me feel 10 pounds lighter too. They arent cheap, but theres always lots to choose from the sale racks.

5 /5 Cherie Smith: I enjoy going into J Jills. I like the clothes there a lot, and the sales people are very friendly and helpful. Clothes are kind of expensive, but there are sales and coupons to be had.
