1 /5 Jusa Guy: My daughter and I walked into It’s About Time Boutique on December 14 after church looking for some christmas decorations. My daughter was looking at a scarf, tried it on, and folded it as best as she could to put it back away. When we walked away from the table the gentleman that was working behind the desk walked behind my teenage daughter to make the comment “Let me go refold this scarf that was thrown on this table… how rude!” He did this loud enough for other customers to hear in order to embarrass my daughter. This made the environment of the store uncomfortable and caused several other customers to turn to us and the worker in shock. As my daughter and I were leaving the store he continued his verbal rant. This was really disheartening because the store was great in prices and the quality of items were nice, but because of the behavior of their staff it caused us to not buy any of their product. Becase of this experience, I do not feel comfotable returning and would not reccomend this store unless customer service improves drastically.
