3 /5 Nicole Prescott: Its decent for the money. Moisture gets in and there is a problem with rats and roaches. I would suggest putting your belongings in plastic totes and not putting anything that can be damaged in the building. However, it didnt flood like everything around it did, during TS Debby. Its high enough to keep water out. I dont plan on leaving the unit, it works for what I need it for. Just heed the warnings that you should keep anything that can be ruined out of it.

5 /5 Kevin Liu: Great customer service, would highly recommend to anyone in the area who needs a reliable storage facility (which is hard to find nowadays). I worked directly with one of the owners, Jimmy, who was easy to work with and prompt in assisting me with any of my needs and concerns. A feature I really liked was that they recently upgraded to a new online system which helped streamline the process.

5 /5 Charity Harris: New owners were amazing!!! They were very helpful and informative. I love the new online system compared to the old one, makes things so easy and much more convenient. And the actual storage building itself was very clean compared to others I looked at prior. Very easy to get in and out and I feel very comfortable storing my property at this location and can sleep well at night knowing my belongs are safe. Highly recommend especially since the new owners have taken over.
