1 /5 Cheri Paradise: Nice clean store, but I am never served when I go in. I went today for an item and no one asked to help me. I had to serve myself. I had to hunt for the item all over the store. I found it and took my item to the counter and stood there for five minutes while an associate was there completing paperwork and she never once lifted her head to say someone will be here in a moment. She didnt even speak to me. I wasnt discourteous or demanding and just waited patiently until someone finally came to the counter. And this happens every time I visit this store. I have worked in customer service for nearly 35 years and this store has consistently the poorest customer service. This chain of stores could be so much more but sadly its only as good as the customer service and I apparently am not the right kind of customer.
