1 /5 Que Howard: Went in to grab something I ordered for my son and was met with the most dry interaction. No one spoke when we entered, my wife didnt get assistance when looking at the shoes, and the associate was more concerned with his phone and clipboard than taking care of customers. The other guy that was present went to the back and stayed back there for a while. When I went to the counter to see why we wasnt getting any service the associate ignored us until I asked what was going on. He kept talking about getting to the order later even though my order was slated for 11:30 and orders are supposed to be filled right after opening the stores. So I finally just asked them to reject my order. I refuse to spend money somewhere that displays lack of care for customers, that displays attitudes when having to perform their job, and that lacks poor communication skills.
