5 /5 KJ EMMENS: FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!! We drove 2 hours in search of a prom dress....upon entering the store we were greeted with a warm smile from a young lady that said she would find an employee to assist us. It was very busy so we expected this to take longer than it did...we immediately began looking at dresses in my daughters size and within no time Mabel approached us. She accompanied us through the entire process and the never-ending try-ons as my daughter is super selective. Mabel was patient and offered great advice. In the end my daughter said YES to her dress, bought a comfortable pair of heels, and gorgeous pair of earrings. Mabel is an asset to this store and we are completely satisfied with our entire experience!!!!!

5 /5 Ash White: Walked in and the young lady helping us was kind & patient. We did have to get our dress altered and Frankie was amazing! Frankie did not hesitate one sec to help when I called and even went out of the way to make it convenient for us! The dress fits perfect! I will definitely drive back for our next event, Thank yall!!

While I didnt purchase a gown from Frills. I would definitely recommend Brides to Be to stop by and shop. Shout-out Madison the Manager who is also doing a fabulous job. 5 /5 Leslie Moore: My mother and I came to Frills looking for jewelry for my wedding dress that I had already purchased! Once entering the bridal floor I was blown away by all the wedding gowns they had on display. One immediately caught my eye, however I didnt want to say anything because I knew my mom would want to do whatever would make me happy. After we found the jewelry we liked for my precious wedding dress my mom wanted to look around at all the wedding dresses while we were there. Surprisingly the same dress had caught my mothers eye and she was begging me to come look at it and try it on. I told her this is the one I fell in love with when we first walked in. So I had to try it on. They only had one left of the dress we liked and it was on the mannequin and it wasnt my size. Also my wedding was 2 months away so there wasnt time to order one and have it come in. But we tried it on just for the fun of it, and it fit perfectly!!! It was meant to be and the girls were so nice and great to work with! They really made me feel special even though I already had a dress! I would definitely recommend coming here!
