Rustic River Finds, Inc. - Galena E H: Fun items. But terrible customer service. Its unfortunate. The amount of lovely items in that store is definitely overseen by terrible customer service. No greets, no hello, no nothing. Just eye contact and a turn away. If the customer service was on their A-game, this place would have gotten a 5 stars. But theres no amount of gems, thatll change that.. which takes away from the entire "vibe and energy" of positivity. I would pay hundreds of dollars for beautiful items, if the customer service was there. But Ill walk right out of I see otherwise. I will not give this place another chance unfortunately. Went with a girlfriend and we were not impressed by the customer service skills here
