1 /5 Amy Cattaneo: I visited your Savannah location and was initially so pleased with the experience. It is a busy location and I didn’t scrutinize the receipt and nor was I able to see what was “rung up”.
I thought the total was a little high but dismissed it until I returned to my hotel after the second purchase. On the first receipt, there were two worry stones included that I didn’t purchase and / or receive. On the second receipt, I was charged $44.95 for an item that was clearly marked $24.95. I was vacationing, and in leisure mode and expect many who visit this store are in that same mindset. And, I am now feeling this is something that is taken advantage of at this location. I could not return to the store because I am flying out right now which is the next am. I am so disappointed with the experience and saddened that I spent over $300.00 to support a woman owned business.
