5 /5 Roxanne Castle: Decided to stop in and grab a quick coffee since hearing about the change of ownership, and what an awesome experience. Staff were so friendly and efficient, and suggested the option of a Dirty Chai which was absolutely delicious. The perfect combo of coffee with the addition of creamy chai and it was heavenly.

1 /5 SC: I ordered an ornament from the shop a month ago and never received it. I emailed the store a week and a half ago. I got a response saying that theyll look into it but never heard back. I called the shop and was told that the manager would call me, which never happens. I called again and was told that I will have to call again if not hearing back. I understand that a missing package is not their fault but the communication is very poor. Timeline: Nov 18 - order placed Nov 25 - received an email saying order delivered by USPS but the package is nowhere near my mailbox Nov 29 - emailed the store Dec 1 - dWelling team responded and said will contact USPS Dec 5 - No response yet so followed up with email Dec 9 - No response so called the store. Was told that manager would call me Dec 10 - No calls. Called the store again and was told the same "manager will call me". If not Ill have to call back at a specific time frame

5 /5 Billy: I will begin by saying I haven’t actually gotten coffee drinks here before, so my review is based on customer service alone. I had an Instacart delivery here earlier today on 7/31, and the employees here are always so sweet to the delivery drivers. A lot of the time customers are rude to us because they know they can get us deactivated if we say anything back. But these girls are always so wonderful. Thank you for brightening my day. -Instacart shopper.

She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend Dwelling to anyone looking for a great atmosphere and exceptional service!
