1 /5 Holly Day: Terrible customer service. I picked out an item to purchase, and when I went to check out, the person hassled me because I didnt want to give them my name or make an account with them just to purchase one item. After I paid, the person said she couldnt give me a receipt or proof of purchase because I refused to make a store account. Honestly, I like my sweatshirt, but the whole exchange was really unpleasant and I wish I had just left the item behind.

1 /5 Molly Engel: Staff was not friendly and I think it is bizarre to have to give my email address to buy a sweater. If you have to have my email address to print a receipt (what I was told by the cashier) then change your system. This is the only store I have ever been told I must give my email and name to purchase something. This should be optional.
