5 /5 A Cooke: I visited this store today close to closing in need of a good quality shoe to help with plantar fasciitis. I knew I wanted a hoka or on cloud shoe. Thanks to Renaya I left with the perfect shoe for me! She was so patient and knowledgeable, she helped me choose between different brands and even recommended one I wasn’t familiar with. She never rushed me and let me try on shoes and walk to see what was comfortable. I ended up finding a Hoka that was lightweight. I am beyond satisfied and so grateful for Renaya’s outstanding customer service. I plan to return soon and I highly recommend anyone looking for great service in shoes to work with her!

5 /5 Anna Driver: I came in for a very specific football. The app showed they had ONE in stock. When my efforts to locate it were futile, I asked Abigail for help. She scoured the store looking for it, she called a manager to see if he knew where it was, and when it couldnt be found, she ordered one for me. It was a super quick and easy experience, and I got free shipping! 10/10 customer service. That girl deserves a raise!

1 /5 Steve Watts: Purchased a rod and reel with a 2-year extended warranty plan. Went to exchange it. They would not return under the warranty plan and they would not return the cost of the warranty plan with the receipt of purchase. Long story short, do not buy the extra protection plan. It will not be covered.
