1 /5 Connor Murphy (Zephanyah): I visited this location on December 17th at 4:39 PM and was treated with a level of coldness and dismissal that was truly dehumanizing. I suffer from severe autoimmune issues affecting my mobility, meaning I move slower than most. I attempted a simple split transaction with cash and card, but the cashier simply refused to listen to me. She was incredibly dismissive, refused to make eye contact or process the numbers I gave her, and treated me like an inconvenience rather than a human being. Instead of helping, she began calling for the next customer while I was still standing there trying to pay. It felt like I was being discarded because of my disability. I also witnessed similar cold treatment of a disabled gentleman right before me. This wasnt just bad service, it was cruel.
