1 /5 Zac Sweat: Not this store specifically, but this company is terrible. There online and mobile app is a joke and barely works, there customer service is a nightmare to navigate and they double charge your account some times! Very unsatisfactory performance and companies need to be held accountable! I worked for my money and y’all are not delivering.

2 /5 Rachelthatgagirl: I dislike the fact I cant even have decent service in my house which is when Im on my phone the most. The insurance I pay every month is pretty pointless since you still have to pay alot if you have to use it and the upgrade smh dont get me started, unless you plan on getting the cheapest phones from 2 years ago the you might as well just buy a new phone straight from the company cause its literally cheaper. The only reason I have 2 stars is because they are the cheapest but thats all they got going for them.

1 /5 Kelly Wilson: Horrible customer service as well as in store not one associate could give me one like policy so the outcome was still had no phones my other provider to have already transfered my account and be out a little under 1ooo for 7 to 10 ten business on an error made by 2 diffrent employees

4 /5 John Barger: Very friendly staff I would rate a 5 if the staff were more knowledgeable about the phones and what type of service comes with what plans. However still a great experience overall.
