3 /5 Just Me Natasha: I went into The store looking for a pair of new balance sneakers for my daughter. The ones she wanted were not in stock in store, So I believe it was the manager Ordered them online and had them shipped to my home. The shoes were a little too big and she decided to go with a different shoe so I went to the store to return them. I was told that because it was purchased online that I could not do a refund only a store credit or exchange. This wouldn’t have been a problem if I was made aware of this before purchasing the shoes. I took a look around, I found some shoes I was interested in but they didn’t have my size in stock. I decided to go with the store credit but I would have to contact their customer service to receive the store credit I also couldn’t order shoes off-line, but I was told because it was a debit card transaction. I can only purchased shoes within the store. I will say everyone was pleasant both times that I visited, the store is very clean and organized. I mainly was disappointed because I was not made aware of the No refund policy Before purchasing the shoes.
