5 /5 Cathy Holman: Good quality to price ratio. I came in as they had just unpacked a new shipment. The store flows well between size areas and seasonal displays. I noticed the plus size section was given the same floor space as the other sizes. This is seldom the case in many stores. Staff were friendly helpful and professional. New their stock. I found interesting items in the new displays (I have a weakness for handbags) as well as the sales merchandise. I was very impressed that the layout and organization of the sales racks was as well done as the new displays. Very professional. 3 /5 L. B.: The store was clean and pretty well stocked. However I always hate when the mannequins are dressed in clothes that are no longer available. I saw a really pretty sweater and absolutely would have purchased it but the one on the mannequin was the only one in the entire store. And while Im sure the employees were well intentioned, but I thought it kind of rude that I was not allowed to hang any items back up on the rack. When I told the lady I was going to hang them back up she told me no because we (we being customers) wouldnt do it like they (they being the employees) do it. All she had to say was just hang them here and Ill take care of them ... It didnt require her to tell me that I wouldnt hang them back on the racks correctly.
