2 /5 Brooklyn Iman: We walked in on 1/26/25 around 3:12pm and the lady didn’t say “Welcome in” and there was no music playing just dead silence. She was also on her phone and still didn’t acknowledge us. There was another customer who walked in and she said “Welcome to Cato” to her and my mom and I decided to leave once we heard that. When working in customer service you don’t choose who you want to greet nor do you have your head down the whole time appearing half sleep or on your phone. My mom walked out while saying “Thanks for the welcome” and then that’s when the lady was like “I did say welcome” anywho whoever she was she needs to be coached about this incident.
