3 /5 olivia willoughby: My daughter and I shopped the store in Thomasville, Ga on Black Friday, 11/28/25. I was hesitant to buy a sweater because I wasnt sure about the size. The sales associate stated, "if it doesnt fit, I cannot give you a cash refund, but you can bring it back for store credit". I agreed, as my daughter could use the store credit for her birthday in February if it did not fit my daughter-in-law in KY. Imagine, my surprise today, 12/3/25, when I returned to the store to return the sweater and was told, we cannot give you a store credit as all merchandise sold on Black Friday was final sale! They had a 30% off store wide on Black Friday. We were not told about a final sale and the sales associates (2 or them) did not know either. Anybody that bought merchandise from Caroline Hill for Christmas presents on 11/28/25 (store was crowded) be aware as your loved ones open their presents on Christmas Day. I will not shop at Caroline Hill again. Update: I received a call from the regional rep and she refunded my purchase. I am returning the merchandise to the store. I left 3 stars because this should not have happened.

5 /5 Stacey Wallace: I have ordered online from the boutique a couple of times, and I have had a wonderful experience. The staff is so helpful to answer questions on sizing, and the packages arrived so beautifully wrapped. The items were unmatched in terms of fit and quality. I will definitely be a regular customer here!

4 /5 Katava Virgil: I visit often & am always greeted & assisted,usually on a lunch break. The ladies who worked this particular evening werent as cheerful & helpful as other staff. They werent rude or mean,just not as good as the other staff members. Will I return, of course,every one has an off day sometime
