2 /5 kray massey: Burlington normally has at least cute clothes but today I went and I found nothing for me and I also . Finally found grinch pj pants well their 10 dollars and I was so happy excited well I also got socks and another pair of grinch pants well the other pair of pants didint seem to have holes but the second pair has holes in the but of them the ankle but I havent even ripped them I was wearing them took them off and when I was wearing them I noticed the hole and then after I got back to put them on I finally saw the hole in the but of them im am genuinely upset so I have sown them back to how they should have look but it just upset me that the person buying me them spent good money for good quality pants and yet they arent good quality. I hope that if I go back I am getting good quality clothes .

1 /5 Lindsey Marshall: This store is very poorly managed. Its dirty and unorganized and there are much better places to shop. Expect to wait 30 minutes to checkout because they will only have one register open no matter how many people are in line; the employees will literally just stand around ignoring the line and playing on their phones or chatting with each other.

1 /5 Sandra Buskell: Honestly if I could give the store a 0-stars that would be what they get. The return policy is pretty ridiculous. I bought this coat on 10/20/2022 but I happen to get some black specks on the coat from a fireplace at work. So I decided to wash the coat, the spots did in fact come out but the coat at all the seams literally was torn. The coat did state it was machine washable in cold which I did. I really liked the coat until than. I didn’t keep the receipt because I didn’t know 30 days later this would have happen. They told me that the only way to get the money back for the coat was it could not be worn, or washed and I had to have a receipt. Needless to say I will not be going to shop at your stores again ever. Boycott this place.
