1 /5 Danat Eyassu: I am writing to share a very disappointing experience I had at your Burlington Market location. A few days ago, I purchased a hair dryer and flat iron. When I asked if I can return it if not working she say yes. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found that they were not working. I returned to the store the next day with the items unused and in their original packaging.
When I explained the situation and asked for a return, the woman I spoke to - who claimed to be the manager — was extremely rude and disrespectful. Instead of helping me, she spoke to me in a very
unprofessional tone, refused to process the return, and made me feel embarrassed in front of other customers. I asked to speak to the manager, and she told me she was the manager, but she offered no support or courtesy at all.
I am a regular customer at Burlington, and I did not expect to be treated this way. I hope you will look into this matter seriously.
