3 /5 Krystian K: So this Burlington inside of the mall can be accessed by the outside of the mall as well. It was very underwhelming and felt mildly depressing because so many sections were empty. They simply dont have the merchandise for the amount of space that they have. So there sits huge empty spaces with empty racks. Some products were very nice. The furniture section impressed me. The bag section was dry as well as the cosmetic section only had lip balm lotions and many hair products. Not much in terms of actual makeup or facial products. The art work section was huge. So much to choose from and quite impressive. The clearance sections were very lacking in product maybe cause they already have so little to offer. There is a lot of space so u can bring kids or family and walk freely. I didnt see anything special in the womens clothing that stood out to me and the childrens section was generic at best Overall this store feels like trying to find more meat on the tip of a chicken wing bone when your still hungry. Not much there anymore, everyone probably already got the good stuff since its in a mall and a high traffic area. I would avoid this Burlington and go to one in a smaller neighborhood.

1 /5 CLAMPER23: This is the WORST store! This location is cluttered, the line was LONG and the associates are rude! I asked for a bathroom and they said I needed a code. BUT no one would give me a code or walk with me to put the code in. So i threw all of my items down and left. I cant wait in a mile long line with a full bladder. Ridiculous.

3 /5 Adrian White: This is by far the worst location ive ever been to. Super long lines and only three registers open. It just doesnt make sense how you can have a store this big, with two locations for registers and only one location is open and the lines are too long. Whomever manages this store is doing a.Terrible job. If you want people to shop here and not stand in lines, then do your part by making more cashiers available to work the registers.

5 /5 Lesley Feldman: I’ve seen many negative reviews for this location and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I had a very pleasant experience. I visited on a Wednesday evening before Christmas around 6:30 PM and found some amazing deals—so many that I ended up going to find a shopping cart! This was actually my first time shopping at a Burlington, and I was genuinely impressed. I was a bit nervous at checkout when the cashier station nearest the mall entrance was closed, but security redirected me to the opposite end of the store. Although the line curved quite a bit, they had five registers open and it moved surprisingly fast. My cashier was incredibly kind, which made the experience even better. She let me know of the best times to shop and the stores extend extended holiday hours. I will definitely return to this location, especially when I have more time to explore the entire store!

1 /5 Stacey Nave: Its March 22, 2025. Not Black Friday, not some holiday... so why am I waiting in line for 35 minutes? Im not kidding! They have 2 registers open on the parking lot side, and ZERO on the mall side!! This is absolutely unnecessary! And if youre only going to have 2 cashiers working, at least make sure theyre fast and efficient! Great deals but not worth the time. Ill never be back!
