5 /5 Lori Lindemann: I have to say it has been a loooooong time since Ive had customer service as good as it was at this store! Cole was so very helpful, and the nice young woman working with him ; Im sorry Im not remembering her name. Even though I wasnt able to get exactly what I was looking for they didnt dismiss me as this crazy old lady. I will definitely be shopping there again!

5 /5 Jeremy Phillips: Have always had a good experience in the store. The manager knows who I am and always greets myself and my family with a positive attitude. The young lady that helped us today was just awesome.

5 /5 Mary Rogers: The jeans at Buckle are fabulous, in case you haven’t ever been. The store in Rome, Ga has the three most impressive, kind, welcoming, and “go out of their way to help you” salespeople! The second you walk in they are there to help without being pushy (like some clothing places). Every time we (my daughter and I) go in they remember our names and literally make us feel like they’re happy to see us. Daiton (GM), Isabella, and Brent are the BEST.

4 /5 Laura Nash: Omg this place is fabulous! The young blonde guy that is the manager is awesome. He pointed me to $48 jeans. I bought 5 pair! It would be a lot better if they would offer more childrens clothes. Middle school kids are getting into the Kan Kan and DT jeans they offer, but it sucks when you can’t go in store and find them.
