5 /5 edu ojeda: They have so many varieties of books and well-arranged that it is so easy to find what you are looking for.

5 /5 Dakota Davidson: People should read. Our BAM may not have the biggest selection but we should be happy we have a book store at all in this horribly illiterate town. Also, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. I see some people saying the customer service is bad. I could not imagine the staff being rude to someone unless the customer was rude first.

5 /5 edith b. j: Ill give a 5 star review because I find the store at the mall in my hometown very cozy and calming. I havent gone in a while but its not too crowded and it looks very clean or organized. I havent experienced any problems with the bookseller or while looking at the bookshelves/merchandise on display. Its sad my hometowns Mall is very lonely and boring but Books A Million is great. A coffee shop inside of it would be cool though
