No where that I have shopped (either online or brick&mortar) have the owners and team been so caring, thoughtful and deliberate in every action they took, to make me feel appreciated and wanted. The human touch is missing in retail today with everything you purchase finding it online, there is no need to get too personal.
Here is an online retailer that still delivers with a human touch. I came away from my purchase simply saying - WOW! They cared and made sure I was taken care of. You can’t ask for anything better!
