5 /5 Sherri Lebenkorn: Store reps were very helpful. I found that they were out of size 12 reg in most jeans unless I wanted to get the balloon style which I do not like. In cosmetics, they were having a promotion on clinic. When you purchased a certain amount, you got a lovely gift. Which contained a beautiful bag and wonderful products including mascara under eye cream, face cream, makeup remover and a lip gloss. Since I dont normally shop at belk i was surprised that it was not busy. I will shop here, more often, especially when I know theyre having specials in their cosmetic department. Cosmetics are so expensive, its great when you get a wonderful gift which also allows you to try new products.You may not have tried before.

1 /5 Steve Hampton: You people need help! Half way through checking my wife out, the clerk switched registers and started checking out another customer. We are still waiting to get through. Poor poor poor service! Ran a check through and said it wasn’t going to take the check. My said can you call someone? A manager came over and solved the problem while the clerk began waiting on someone else once again.

3 /5 Alex Dixon: Nice selection of merchandise in ladies, womens, shoes and fragrance. However, the mens big and tall department at this location is pathetic. Not hardly anything to choose from and the section is just thrown around and sloppy. This department needs better selection and presentation, similar to the womens plus sizes. It is just ridulous at how big and tall male customers have such a poor selection to choose from at this location. Sadly, it has been this way for several years now. Management needs to do better.
